Position Overview:
As RN House Supervisor, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight during night shift operations while delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care. You will play a key role in ensuring patient safety, supporting staff, and maintaining smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high‑quality, compassionate, and intentional nursing care across Med/Surg and ER.
Support and guide nursing staff during evening and overnight hours.
Promote a culture of kindness, respect, accountability, and teamwork.
Ensure patient needs are met through attentive, personalized care.
Assist with problem‑solving, decision‑making, and coordination of care.
Help maintain a calm, professional environment—even during high‑acuity situations.

Requirements:
Current RN License in good standing in the State of Iowa
BLS and ACLS certification
Trauma certification (must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
