Maintenance Mechanic - Maintenance

George C Grape Community Hospital has an opening for a Maintenance Mechanic in our Maintenance Department.

As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hospital and clinic buildings, grounds and equipment. Various tasks include renovation and remodeling and diagnosing and evaluating malfunctions of equipment.

Must be familiar with building maintenance techniques, equipment, operation of plumbing and heating systems, sanitation, refrigeration, electrical systems, and fire and safety regulations and procedures.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Tradesman certification or post-secondary training a plus!

Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Hours are Monday through Friday day shift with evening and weekend call rotation. start and end times are flexible.
