What Is Senior Life Solutions?

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient behavioral health program for older adults who are experiencing emotional or behavioral changes. Participants typically attend group sessions several days per week, receiving structured support from a multidisciplinary team. The program staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapists, a registered nurse, and other professionals dedicated to improving the mental health of older adults in our community.

Our goal is to help older adults improve their quality of life, increase independence, and remain safely in their homes and communities.

Who We Help

Senior Life Solutions serves adults 65 and older who may be experiencing:
  • Persistent sadness, worry, or anxiety
  • Loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed
  • Feelings of loneliness or isolation
  • Changes in appetite or sleep patterns
  • Difficulty adjusting to health changes or loss of independence
  • Grief related to the loss of a spouse, family member, or friend
  • Increased irritability, anger, or mood swings
  • Thoughts of hopelessness or feeling like a burden
If you or someone you care about is showing these signs, our team can help determine whether Senior Life Solutions is a good fit.

How We Help

Our program helps seniors develop the coping and communication skills needed to live happier and healthier lives. Services offered by Grape Hospital’s Senior Life Solutions program include a confidential, comprehensive assessment, group and individual therapy, family therapy, medication education and management, and after-care planning where we continue to engage and support our participants. Even though this is a group setting, each person is addressed individually based on their unique needs. Patients attend up to three group therapy sessions per week.
