Perfect Score for In-Patient Service!

George C. Grape Community Hospital has achieved a perfect score of 100% in the category of Overall Hospital Rating for In-Patient Service!
The perfect score was derived from Healthstream's In-Patient Satisfaction Quarterly Tracking Report, and reflects the reporting period of January to March of 2015.
Hospital Administrator Mike O'Neal attributes the score to George C. Grape Community Hospital's commitment to excellence.
"We've placed a very strong emphasis on training our staff to hardwire the skills and attitudes that lead to excellence in healthcare," Mr. O'Neal explained. "Results like this clearly prove that our efforts are working. It's a very exciting time for our hospital right now!
