George C. Grape Community Hospital has entered into an agreement with Medical Clinic P.C. that transfers ownership of the clinics in Hamburg, Sidney, and Tabor from Kelli Woltemath, D.O. to George C. Grape Community Hospital. This acquisition will lead to increased efficiency and a wider range of services for our valued clients. The clinics will continue to operate with all current Providers, staff members, facilities, and Family Practice services.

Medical Clinic LLC. Is made up of three rural health clinics in Hamburg, Sidney, and Tabor, and has provided patient-centered healthcare services to families in Southwest Iowa since 1959. Dr. Michael Ourada, M.D. and Dr. Kelli Woltemath, D.O, along with Jaylene Zanker, P.A-C., Paige Jones, ARNP, and Alisha Thompson, ARNP, are devoted to helping each patient achieve and maintain their best health and wellness through personalized, compassionate care.
